What people say about us

Please see below testimonials from clients.

"Stuart delivered many talks, engaged with pupils with Q&A sessions about Mars and space exploration, gave demonstrations of his rover traversing the Martian space land and sat on the panel of judges at our Quadcopter regional and national finals. Not only that, but the winners of each regional final also won a session with Stuart for a chance to control the rover themselves!"

Gary Ridley

STEM Site Lead for Raytheon Technologies Scotland

"The ‘Mission to Mars’ experience was the perfect thing to help our students understand how a Mars Rover explores the Red Planet in a fun and interactive way. Stuart is very knowledgeable about Mars and space travel and gave an engaging presentation that was educational and thought-provoking. The experience also linked in nicely with our STEM curriculum as it allows students to calculate and maneuver the Rover through careful teamwork and planning. I would recommend this experience to any school wishing to try something new and innovative. Thanks a lot Stuart!"

This was such a well thought out activity, really engaging and immersive, both fun
and full of appropriate content, linked to STEM, and careers. Every member of the
class was able to get involved, and were hooked for the full hour. We ran it with year
9 and 10, but it could easily work with younger students.  Highly recommended!

As a Mathematics teacher and in my work as a STEM Teacher Coordinator for the Royal
Academy of Engineering I was impressed with the effort made to ensure the students
understood how Mars Rovers are controlled in real-life while also promoting STEM careers
in a fun and engaging format.

Releaseworks were looking for a company social that could be held remotely and was still fun and engaging. Cerebral Ape is one of the few providers that can deliver that, the team loved mission to Mars and it’s the perfect option for organisations that have started working from home.

We had an amazing opportunity for Stuart Rogers at Cerebral Ape to deliver sessions to schools and families participating at the31st Orkney International Science Festival. The “Mission to Mars” experience was delivered to secondary schools pupils based in
Orkney. Through realistic Martian surface and participants able to control the rover to perform task remotely just like scientist at NASA, brought the experience to life.

Orkney International Science Festival

We brought Stuart in to deliver the Mission to Mars and dive into the deep Experiences for our STEM outreach programme. We received outstanding feedback from teachers and students for both the in person and online sessions and would highly recommend both!

Royal Academy of Engineering

The children thoroughly enjoyed the Mission to Mars experience. Through the 'real-life' application of their mathematical thinking and reasoning, and a huge degree of teamwork, the children were able to successfully complete the challenge. The activity was perfect for the small groups that the children were working in, with enough for each group member to participate.
